Dr. Kaye Huttmann blends pharmaceutical expertise with holistic wellness coaching at Fresh Air Institute. A licensed pharmacist and health coach, she helps people understand their health in clear, practical ways—making complex medical information approachable and actionable. Passionate about education and natural medicine, she believes learning about wellness should be accessible, engaging, and even fun.
Through coaching, medication guidance, and educational travel experiences, Dr. Huttmann created Fresh Air Institute as a space where health education becomes a shared, empowering journey.

Grounded in pharmacology and food-as-medicine principles, she helps individuals understand their bodies and make confident, sustainable health choices—drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience with autoimmune challenges.

After a career in marketing and business development, she shifted her focus to conscious living and community wellness. Based in Prescott, Arizona, Claudia brings insight, creativity, and compassion to Fresh Air Institute programs that inspire mindful, connected, and vibrant living.

Pauline Menefee is a Certified Personal Trainer and seasoned ultra runner dedicated to helping individuals move with strength and freedom. She designs personalized programs that restore mobility, build functional strength, and promote pain-free living. Pauline also coaches runners to refine mechanics, boost endurance, and reach new performance goals—all with a mission to build lasting resilience and empower others to live actively and confidently.

Jayme has cultivated a deep experiential and theoretical understanding of the mind over the last ten years, through meditation, contemplation, and self-inquiry. Jayme believes the patterns of the mind shape the physical body and how we interact with it. Jayme is trained in multiple meditation and breathing techniques. Jayme teaches mindfulness and spirituality with clarity and compassion. Jayme’s purpose is to help others find their unique path and cultivate lasting inner peace.
